These are recipes tweaked from Epicurious.com but you can find them all over the internet...
Chili Popcorn with a Kick
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Scant 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
8 cups hot plain popcorn :
(You can buy any plain, air popped popcorn or you can microwave your own. Put 1/4 cup popcorn kernels in a brown paper bag and fold over the top of the bag and tape. Microwave until there are about 5 seconds between pops. Voila!)
Drizzle oil over hot popcorn and toss with herbs and spices. Shake up well in plastic zip lock bags and store overnight to let the seasonings soak in.

Parmesan and Pepper Popcorn
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 oz finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (1/3 cup)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 cups of hot plain popcorn
